Ian is a Melbourne-based, industry-accredited finance professional with eighteen years of demonstrated experience: seven years as a banker (customer service, residential lending & leadership roles) and eleven years as a finance broker.
I offer people-focused services to assist with your financial needs and property purchase goals. Whether you are buying a home to live in, an investment property, or refinancing existing loans, I am here to help.
While working in the banking and finance industry, I observed that many individuals were experiencing outcomes that left them feeling transactional and one-sided. I decided to step out and make a difference.
My purpose is simple and clear: to help and provide a meaningful financial experience by being transparent, caring, and committed, leaving an individual feeling that their experience benefited them overall.
My belief is that the relationship between a finance specialist/broker and a client is a financial partnership—one that stems from trust, credibility, and congruence in actions and words.

I am based in inner-city Melbourne and can travel to your home, workplace, or a café convenient to you. I am a member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) and the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL), now merged into what is known as the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). Licensed to operate and qualified in Finance and Mortgage broking to write and prepare new home loan applications with a panel of lenders that I'm accredited with.
